Decryption Game UI Design

Detailed process of designing a WebGL interface for a decryption game using GPT-6 Astra for modeling and Fable 5 for animations.

Prompt
Here is the situation: A few years ago, when my colleagues and friends were obsessed with "Spyfall" (a word-guessing game similar to Who's the Undercover), I wanted to bring it online so we could play a round whenever we had free time at work. So initially, I manually built a chat bot (before AI was mainstream) as the host, supporting direct play on QQ channels and Discord. But the pure text UI always felt lacking, so I wanted to create a WebUI. However, I never managed to design what it should look like, and the project was shelved. Fast forward to now, recent models seem increasingly capable in 3D modeling. I previously tried using Kimi-K3 and Fable5 to attempt this, but the designs produced were still too basic. Until GPT 6 Astra came out. Its improvement in 3D modeling this time was not just incremental, which gave me the opportunity to gradually polish the current WebGL-based interface—this is what I imagined a real encryption/decryption game machine would look like if it actually existed, along with some additional, very fun interactions. The entire process was roughly: 1. Use GPT-image to generate images first to find the desired visual feel. 2. Have GPT 6 Astra reference the images to model an initial version. 3. Use GPT 6 Astra and Kimi-K3 repeatedly to refine model details (K3 was mostly dragging things down, resulting in various reworks). 4. However, Astra isn't omnipotent; for complex animations like oscilloscopes and tearing paper strips, Fable 5 ultimately completed them. In these animation implementations involving math and code, it is much stronger than GPT 6. Models still need to be used in combination. Finally, I added online voice and AI teammates, allowing everyone to communicate directly in the game, and also enabling AI to fill in when there aren't enough players, making the toolbox for this online game more complete. Something that couldn't be made years ago finally has a playable form. However, board games are best played offline; I recommend everyone buy a copy of "Spyfall" to experience it.
